Ommi handles your personal data with care.
What data we process
- When you place an order: your name, address, email address and telephone number, in order to prepare and ship your order and keep you informed.
- When you submit an application (partner or restaurant): your company details and contact details, in order to assess your application.
- For the newsletter: only your email address, and only after you have confirmed your sign-up by email. You can unsubscribe with a single click at the bottom of every newsletter.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Mollie. Mollie processes your payment details; we only receive the outcome of the payment.
Visitor statistics
We count visits on our own server, without cookies, without IP addresses and without any third party.
Retention period
We keep order and invoice data for as long as the law requires (the statutory tax retention period is 7 years). Other data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or have your data deleted. To do so, send an email to the address at the bottom of this page.
